If your reading this there are things you should know up front. I am honest to a fault, rarely curb my tounge in situations that make others uncomfortable, enjoy dynamic conversations/debates and am often a devils advocate. I enjoy relaxing comfort as much as I do outdoor physical activity. However blunt an instrument my tounge is verbally I am nothing if not loyal to those close to me. My close friends know the considerate and caring side of me that many don't recieve. It takes a while to get used to the aquired taste that is my friendship but it has proven to be a rich and fulfilling experience for many (so I have been told). Looking forward to meeting new people and expanding my comfort zones to new ideals/experiences/life perspectives.

It would involve a late lunch/early dinner at a local cafe or wine bar to start the day and get to know one another. I prefer a low key environment to be able to relax, talk and really take time to see if this is going to turn a corner to something physically intimate or if I will have the "just friends" connection with a woman. Then I always have options on a first date. A concert I would prefer to see, usually blues or jazz as they are my favorite type of live music or a play in the early evening. Finishing with dinner and drinks...nothing too rushed, besides, if it is not a match we always can call our friends and see what everybody is doing. Just because we don't make a love connection doesn't mean we won't be able to still have fun - with an early meeting we keep our options open.

Sailing, I just enjoy the feeling of freedom that the thought of sailing a 35 foot Ketch in the open ocean cultivates. I mean REAL sailing. Not standing at the helm of a motor powered monster but really feeling the ocean and learning to use the wind on a real wood boat. It is about classic style and truly getting away from the norm. Follow the coastline to Mexico on a month long vacation...just for starters...

To be Chief Instructor of my own martial arts studio. I would enjoy nothing more right now than for that to be my job. I would love to own my own studio and know that I am passing on knowledge that helps people stay fit/breeds confidence/teaches humility and patience/and protects.

This is a vague opening isn't it? Fun can be had in many different settings. I have fun instructing and training kung-fu. Other times I will be found out at the bar with some friends or out dancing at a club. You may see me as the life of the party or taking some "me" time enjoying a good poker game at the casino or online. I don't usually define my fun based on the activity. More the people I am surrounded by...fun is making the most of the time the Lord gives us - even if that best use is sitting and just taking it all in.

I want a fun, caring, confident woman. She has to be as well rounded in her tastes as me. As at home in a public group setting as she is at home curled up on the couch. I need her to have her own life so my busy schedule doesn't strain our relationship. I don't like to be smothered nor do any smothering in terms of my time. However, I love to get messages that just tell me that she was thinking about me. If there is a problem she needs to be able to step forward and tell me but always openly with a goal to fix not attack. I give what I request and ask nothing more then that.
