I'm a very practical, easy going, down to earth person. I love learning, look for opportunities to laugh and hold on to my principles no matter what. I'm also part-Cherokee and enjoy sharing the history and cuture in local schools, Boy Scout events, etc. Outdoor activities are appealing: hiking, biking, motorcycle riding, horseback riding, and landscaping are ways I unwind and reconnect to my true nature.
I'm a farm girl originally, but have lived in the suburbs of LA and dealt with the desperate housewives of Chesterfiled, Va. too. I have a small home in the country and love the rural community where I reside.
The kids are grown and though I'm seldom lonely, I'd prefer to share my life with someone rather than walk alone.
