| Self Description | | I am a 21 year old, business major at Southwest Community College in the process of forming a drum and bugle corps in my area. I love the performing arts and always have. Whether it be through dance, music, theater, or art in general I always have had a respect and love for the arts. I'm very energetic, I like to be in the outdoors, running, exercising, meeting new people making new and strong friendships. I am openly gay, my family and close friends all know I'm gay and respect my lifestyle and the people around me that are living the same lifestyle as I am. I enjoy being around my family most of all, they have always been my support system and without them to help me make hard decisions I probably wouldn't be who I am today.
I love color guard, always have and always will, no one can bring me down when it comes to expressing myself through the sport and art of color guard. I love to instruct and teach color guard over the summer, if you don't know what color guard is, its basically performing with a group of people who spin flags, twirl rifles and sabers, and dance in marching band, drum corps, and/or winter guard. I love life even though it has its ups and downs, I have had a hard time finding the guy that's right for me. All the men I have dated have either abused me somewhere down the road, cheated on me, and/or lied to me consecutive times, and I'm just have had about enough of the games and ready for someone who wont treat me like I'm some trash bag that's ready to be thrown out for tomorrows trash day.
I love to go sight-seeing, discover new things and try new things at least once. I like to go on road trips with close friends, go out dancing for a night just to take my mind off school, work, and step away from life for a few hours. I like to express myself through art, watch movies, talk to other people who have the same love for the arts as I do. I hope to one day get my dreams and goals off the ground and make it a reality, not just for me, but make it possible for people in my area who love drum corps just as much as I do to be able to join, teach, and entertain and compete without traveling hundred and hundreds of miles. | Idea Of Fun | | Going out with friends to dinner, than to a movie, than possibly go out to the club for a few hours. Going out into the country for sight-seeing, camping, or discover new things. I like going out to the city, see what all is going on, what events are happening. Shopping with friends and family, going to concerts and Broadway when I visit New York every year. Cuddling up on the couch watching a movie, playing a board game of some kinds with close friends, discovering new music. Going to a drum corps competitions and/or WGI competition. Get to know each other on a intellectual level. Go do some activity such as go to a park, brunch, or out to some little coffee shop. Then possibly go to a movie, doesn't matter what kind of movie just something relaxing to do together. | Always Wanted To Try | | I've always wanted to try sky diving, the risk of something so dangerous yet so thrilling and amazing. I would love to just go balls to the wall and jump out of a plan 2 miles up in the sky and take a plunge towards the earth going 200miles per hour than hitting the chord and drifting softly down to the ground, hopefully! Other things I would like to try would be rock climbing, I've done the indoor rock climbing but to be able to go out into nature and rock climb something 200 feet at the most would be incredible. |

| Goal In Life | | I have many goals in life. The first goal is to make my parents proud. Knowing deep down their proud to say I'm their son through all the things I've done in my past. Get my degree in Business and possibly major in Music and get my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. Meet my prince, even though there isn't such thing as a Prince Charming, I'd just like to be able to meet the right guy that's right for me and only me. Get my drum and bugle corps/winter guard off the ground and open to the public to join and perform and compete, that's one goal that might take a good while but I'm not giving up no matter how hard it is to get it going. Make my family and friends proud, and to live with full expectations and enjoy life and love as much as I can are goals I want to achieve during my lifetime. |
