| I Would Describe Myself As | Are you up for the challenge? Right off the bat, I would like to say that I am the strong, leader type. I do not like drama, whining and complaining. Although I am a huge softy and am very empathetic. I wear my heart on my sleeve so to speak. I am not a cougar, so no one under the age of 40 please. I am a 53 year old who has recently separated after a 21 year marriage. I have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren who are my world! I have lived a very humble life and would like to live the second half of my life a bit more comfortable. I like having an intelligent conversation. I even like a good debate now and again. I am not a superficial or shallow person at all, but I will admit that I have always dreamed of the finer things in life. I want a man who will spoil, love and take care of me. as I would him. I love to workout and eat healthy, but I am not a vegetarian. I also expect a man to care about his health and well being as well. I love spending time with family and friends, as well as just hanging out alone with my love. I love the outdoors. From hiking, to walking on the ocean coast, bicycling to horseback riding, fishing to gardening. I also love to Dine Out and go to Social Events. I am a very versatile person. I can be classy and still get dirty without care. I love boating, but I am AFRAID of swimming in DEEP WATER. I love to fly, but I am afraid of HEIGHTS. I don't mind insects, but I am afraid of SPIDERS! (But not hysterically so... unless it's HUGE!). I was born and raised in Maine and I love it here. I am willing to move away if I have the means to be able to come back to visit my children and grandchildren often. :) Tall order, but that's just the way it is. I don't like the cold much anymore, so I am looking to get out of Maine for the winter months. ( Jan. - March ) :) It would be ideal if the man in my life would move to Maine if he doesn't live here already. I am a Christian women and I want to find a Christian Man. He must love kids and animals. I think that's about it. If I think of anything else, I will let you know on our first date. :) |
